Spanish teachers

The visit of two female teachers from the northern Spanish city of Palencia to the first grade from March 20 to 24 delighted the first grade pupils. The teachers Noemi and Mercedes came to observe the teaching at our school, but they also prepared a presentation of Spain for our pupils. They appreciated the methodical procedures, lesson preparation and especially the behavior, knowledge and activity of the visited classes: 1.B, 1.D, 3.D, 3.C, 4.A, 4.D, 9.B and Kindergarten. They observed various lessons: Czech language, Mathematics, Natural Science, English, Spanish, Music, bilingual lessons and the speech therapy class. During the lessons, Spain and the Czech Republic were presented, pupils asked interesting questions, national anthems were sung, the Macarena danced and seeds were also sown. We mainly communicated in English, a little in Spanish, and the teacher learned a few words in Czech.
