A group of five students accompanied by two teachers participated in the international meeting of the Erasmus+ Sustainable Development: Possible Solutions project from 26 November 26 to 3 December. The host school from Mourenx prepared a rich program.

On Monday, after being welcomed by the principal, participants toured the school. Then the pupils were divided into international teams, they completed tasks, visited the mayor, presented their countries and cities. On Tuesday, there was a visit to the nearby city of Pau, a tour of the castle, the centre and other interesting places. On Wednesday, the participants got to know nature in the Pyrenees, walked to the hydroelectric power plant and together built a model of hydrogen and oxygen, a chemical sample of water, from bamboo. On Thursday, there was an excursion at the Biarritz Sea Conservation Centre and a short brigade on the beach. At the disco participants learnt Greek and French dances. They wore a red scarf as a symbol of joy and festivity. On Friday, participants visited a nearby solar power plant and prepared presentations of their experiences, filled out questionnaires and received certificates.

All participants lived with families, made many new friends, learnt about the French culture and family life. Czech students liked the French cuisine at their new homes and also lunches provided by school. There were two starters, main dish and a dessert.
